智通财经APP讯，绿色经济(01315)公布，于2025年6月19日，该公司拟向Smart Tactics Group Limited出售Prosper Ace Investments Limited的全部已发行股本，代价为1港元。
由于公司对目标集团负有债务，因此于 2025年6月 19日(联交所交易时段后)，该公司与目标公司及黄罗辉先生订立结算契据。根据结算契据，公司应通过以下方式与目标公司结算往来款项：(i)指示黄罗辉先生向目标集团付款，以结付其与公司的未偿还债务;及公司应向目标公司支付1500万港元，以结付往来款项的余额。
公司认为，出售事项可降低运营成本并提高集团的整体盈利能力;及使得公司更好地利用财务资源发展其供应链管理业务并探索其他商机。
据悉，买方为一家由黄罗辉先生全资拥有的公司，主要从事投资控股。
