新浪科技讯 6月18日上午消息，MWC25上海期间，在开幕式及主旨演讲环节，中国移动董事长杨杰发表演讲。

　　他表示，十年前开启了互联网+时代，五年前开启5G+，现在我们正在进入AI+时代。在图像识别、奥数竞赛、阅读理解等方面，AI已经达到甚至超过人类的水平。

　　在此背景下，硅基生命涌现，比如AI智能终端、智能网联汽车、智能机器人等，未来硅基生命的数量将超过人类。

　　对于信息通信业的发展，他表示，要开辟碳硅融合的新路径：加速硅基生命的智能涌现，让AI能做更复杂的事；加快构建下一代通信网络，加速硅基向碳基深度对齐；加速碳基与硅基协同共创，重塑生活方式、生产形式、治理模式、科研范式。

　　“AI为信息通信业带来新机会，中国移动以AI+为战略着力点，碳硅融合创新为重要方向，要做AI时代的供给者、汇聚者、运营者。”他说。
