智通财经APP讯，京西国际(02339)公布，集团位于捷克的海布厂房自 2015年成立以来一直表现欠佳，捷克厂房产能使用率一直不及预期，随着近年来能源价格上涨及欧盟电动汽车市场的放缓，预计主要客户未来订单减少，捷克厂房短期内难以转亏为盈。公司董事会经审慎考虑各方因素后，为提升往后集团的整体经营效益，计划在2025年第三季度开始分阶段关闭捷克厂房。
据悉，集团的业务主要为在欧洲生产的高档乘用车提供汽车零部件及元件，目前共有两个工厂，分别位于波兰的克罗斯诺及捷克的海布。董事会认为，关闭捷克厂房，将相应产品生产线及设备转入波兰克罗斯诺厂房，此举可提升波兰克罗斯诺制造厂房整体产能利用率，为公司节省大量制造成本，提升集团的整体业绩。
关闭捷克厂房将包括但不限于遣散员工、终止厂房租赁合约及把生产线及设备转移到波兰克罗斯诺厂房的一次性支出，董事会预计，受到这些一次性财务支出影响，集团相关财政年度的业绩将会有较大的不利影响。但长远而言，将对集团的经营更为有利，符合集团及其股东的整体最佳利益。
