Chailease (TPE:5871) unit Chailease Finance secured a three-year NT$6.82 billion syndicated loan, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The funds will improve the company's financial structure and support future business expansion, it said.
Mizuho Bank and DBS Bank (Taiwan) are the lead arrangers of the facility.
