美国国家运输安全委员会（NTSB）发布了一份罕见的紧急安全公告，警告波音737 MAX飞机的喷气发动机存在潜在问题。

　　这一建议源于西南航空公司两架航班遭遇鸟击的事件。美国国家运输安全委员会发现，CFM国际公司的LEAP-1B发动机存在问题，当该发动机受损时，可能会导致烟雾“进入通风系统，并最终进入驾驶舱或客舱”。

　　驾驶舱内出现烟雾在航空领域被归类为极其危险的情况，因为它可能会使飞行员失去行动能力。

　　美国国家运输安全委员会表示，他们“担心操作这些飞机的机组人员可能没有充分意识到潜在的危险”，并要求美国联邦航空管理局“确保运营商告知配备受影响发动机的飞机的机组人员”。该委员会还建议对发动机软件进行修改。

　　美国国家运输安全委员会指出，波音公司“已经修订了飞行员飞行手册，详细说明了在发生此类损坏后防止烟雾进入驾驶舱或客舱的步骤”。

　　通用电气航空公司周三表示，他们已经做出了改变，“我们与美国国家运输安全委员会的建议保持一致，并且已经在与我们的飞机制造商密切合作，开展相关工作以增强这一重要系统的性能。”

　　波音公司在一份声明中表示：“CFM国际公司和波音公司一直在进行软件设计更新。我们支持美国国家运输安全委员会的建议。”
