6月17日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司信用评级委员会通过对中国农业银行股份有限公司及拟发行的“中国农业银行股份有限公司2025年二级资本债券（第一期）（债券通）”信用状况进行综合分析和评估，评定中国农业银行股份有限公司主体信用等级为AAA，评级展望为稳定，本期债券信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，中国农业银行股份有限公司（以下简称“农业银行”、“该行”或“发行人”）是全球系统重要性银行和中国六大国有银行之一，在中国银行业体系中具有很强的系统重要性，在全球范围内为客户提供全面的金融服务。
评级报告认为，农业银行是全球系统重要性银行和中国六大国有银行之一，具有极强的国内和国际金融市场影响力，商业银行业务稳居国内市场前列。该行重点围绕“服务乡村振兴的领军银行”和“服务实体经济的主力银行”两大定位，实施“三农”普惠、绿色金融、数字经营三大战略，存贷款业务规模保持良好增长，在支持“三农”金融领域发挥着重要作用，乡村振兴金融服务能力和水平持续提升。该行建立了完善的全面风险管理体系，资产质量及资本充足率保持在同业较好水平。但该行国际化经营程度持续提升，国内外经济形势变化和利率、汇率变动将对其风险管理产生一定影响。本期债券本金的清偿顺序和利息支付顺序均在存款人和一般债权人之后，且含有减记条款。
