China Power International Development Ltd. announced that it has entered into an Equity Transfer Agreement on June 18, 2025, for the acquisition of a 35% equity interest in Jieyang Power. This transaction involves the Company and CPI Holding as the transferees and Guangdong Company as the transferor. Jieyang Power holds the development rights for a large-scale coal-fired power generation project and has approval for future development of an offshore wind power project in Guangdong Province, China. The completion of this acquisition will involve updating the register of members of Jieyang Power and fulfilling all necessary regulatory requirements.
