IT之家 6 月 20 日消息，服务提供商 Cloudflare 昨日（6 月 19 日）发布博文，表示在 2025 年 5 月中旬成功拦截分布式拒绝服务（DDoS）攻击，峰值流量达到 7.3 Tbps，刷新其规模纪录。

IT之家援引博文介绍，此前 DDoS 攻击纪录由 KrebsOnSecurity 的安全专家 Brian Krebs 报告，为 6.3 Tbps。本次 Cloudflare 拦截的攻击比此前纪录高 1 Tbps，高出 12%。

消息称本次攻击针对一家主机服务商的 IP 网络，攻击流量在 45 秒内达到 37.4 TB，相当于以每秒 12.5 万张高分辨率照片的速度持续传输 4000 年，或在 1 分钟内下载 935 万首歌曲。

攻击流量源自 161 个国家的 122145 个 IP 地址，分布于 5433 个自治系统（AS）。Cloudflare 指出，主机服务商和关键互联网基础设施正成为 DDoS 攻击的首选目标。

Cloudflare 依托分布式 anycast 网络，将攻击流量分散至全球 477 个数据中心。其核心系统“dosd”通过实时指纹识别技术，在 Linux 内核层分析数据包，运用 eBPF 程序生成精准拦截规则。
