智通财经APP讯，谊砾控股(00076)公布，公司的全资附属公司谊砾石墨有限公司(子公司)于2025年6月18日与 Goldpay Limited及澳门网络传媒发展有限公司(为澳觅 APP 拥有人，下称“澳觅公司”)已订立“觅码白皮书”。根据该白皮书，将由子公司担任顾问方、Goldpay 担任发行方，发行一款名为“觅码”的实用代币性质的加密货币，该实用代币的服务对象为澳觅 APP 的注册用户。
据悉，澳觅公司是澳门最大的本地生活服务平台，提供外卖、团购、超市便利、电商、酒店、旅游、洗衣和便利配送等多项业务。截至2024年年底，澳觅 APP 有注册用户超过 180 万，月活跃用户数超过 35 万，在澳门每日订单量超过 2.5 万，2024年营业额约 1.4 亿美元，利润约 406 万美元。
觅码在澳觅 APP 上可以被当作现金使用，用于购买商品、服务或兑换澳觅的代金券或积分，且享受按照觅码的前一天市场价格上再优惠 5%的优惠，即市场价 100 元的觅码可以当作 105 元使用。
董事局认为，虽然结合人工智能的业务和加密货币使用已是大势所趋。然而，子公司将涉及的顾问工作仅限于在区块链的技术问题以及实用代币的应用场景事宜，此项目未来对集团的贡献尚未能确定。
