0901 ET - Finning International has a long runway in the power generation segment, according to RBC in a report. Analyst Sabahat Khan says that beyond the more conventional heavy equipment side of the business, Finning's management says the company has begun selling Power Generation solutions into the broader European market which has the potential to be about 30%-50% of the size of UK & Ireland. About 90% of the company's Power Generation revenue related to the data center space comes from UK & Ireland today, with the remainder largely coming from Canada, Khan says. Finning is also looking to double electric power generation sales in Canada, he says. Khan adds that potential avenues for this growth include data center, and potential prime electric power.
