金吾财讯 | 香江电器(02619)今日起招股，拟发行约6822万股H股，其中90%为国际配售，10%为公开认购。每股招股价介于2.86港元-3.35港元，每手100股，入场费3383.79港元。股份预期将于6月25日挂牌上市。国金证券（香港）为独家保荐人。以中间价3.11港元计算，预期集资净额约1.72亿港元，所得款项净额的41.9%将用于设立泰国厂房以增强全球布局。所得款项净额的15.8%将用于自动化与数字化升级改造以实现可持续增长；所得款项净额的37.3%将用于设立新研发中心；所得款项净额的5.0%将用作集团的一般营运资金。
