智通财经APP讯，中星集团控股(00055)发布公告，于2025年6月19日，卖方A中大印刷(中国)有限公司(公司的全资附属公司)与买方东莞市博朗印刷设备有限公司订立销售合约A，以出售一台印刷机，合约价格为人民币208万元。
同日，卖方B中星中大印刷(深圳)有限公司(公司的全资附属公司)与买方订立销售合约B，以出售一台印刷机及一台胶印机，合约总价格为人民币100万元。
机器A为一台2001年三菱印刷机(型号：5F-104)。机器B为一台2001年海德堡印刷机(型号：CD-102)。机器C为一台2002年三菱钻石系列六色胶印机(型号：D/3000S)。
经考虑该等机器乃由集团于2001年至2002年间购置，而于2025年5月31日的账面净值约为11.1万港元，董事认为出售事项为集团提供机会变现该等旧机器的价值，并为集团带来额外营运资金。出售事项不会对集团的业务及营运造成重大影响。董事认为，销售合约A及销售合约B的条款均为一般商业条款，属公平合理，且出售事项符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
