消息面上，6月19日，基石药业-B发布公告，舒格利单抗联合含铂化疗一线治疗鳞状和非鳞状IV期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)(非致癌基因驱动型)的III期临床研究(GEMSTONE-302)长期生存数据，发表于国际顶级综合性医学期刊《柳叶刀•肿瘤学》(The Lancet Oncology)。
据介绍，继该研究的无进展生存期(PFS)最终分析和总生存期(OS)期中分析结果先后发表于《柳叶刀•肿瘤学》(2022年)与《自然•癌症》(Nature Cancer，2023年)后，此次凭借长期生存数据再度登陆同一顶级期刊，实现了舒格利单抗获益证据链的完整构建，进一步彰显其临床价值，并巩固了其在中国及欧洲地区晚期NSCLC治疗领域的标准一线治疗地位。
基于GEMSTONE-302研究的临床数据，舒格利单抗已在中国、欧盟及英国获批用于一线治疗IV期NSCLC，并被纳入ESMO指南推荐用于鳞状和非鳞状转移性NSCLC(非致癌基因驱动型)双适应症。
