Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. held its annual general meeting on 17 June 2025. The proposals included receiving and considering the audited financial statements and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors for the year ended 31 December 2024, which was approved. The re-election of Mr. Wu Chengze as an executive director and Mr. Ding Chunlong as an executive director were also approved. Additionally, the adoption of the Service Provider Sublimit under the rules of the 2025 Share Scheme was approved.
