智通财经APP讯，锦胜集团(控股)(00794)发布公告，该集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度取得除税前净亏损将较截至2024年3月31日止年度的除税前净亏损约1465万港元减少不少于40%。
据悉，除税前净亏损减少主要由于租金减让导致其他租金收入有所增加，导致其他收入于截至2025年3月31日止年度内增加超过500%(2024年：其他收入约290万港元)，根据中国的税务政策安排获得一次性退回增值税，以及业主就政府主导的塘下涌社区重建的撤离安排，作出的一次性搬迁补偿，其被主要由于在截至2024年3月31日止年度因前惠州生产基地转为投资物业而产生投资物业的公平值收益导致截至2025年3月31日止年度的其他收益及亏损减少约100%(2024年：其他收益及亏损约2497万港元)所抵销;由于集团实施有效成本控制措施，包括整合东莞厂房的生产线及付运开支减少，导致销售费用及行政费用减少约10%(2024年：销售费用约5907万港元及行政费用约7758万港元);及由于银行借款减少，导致财务成本减少约20%(2024年：财务成本约 2771万港元)。
