Noble Roman's Inc., the Indianapolis-based franchisor of Noble Roman's Pizza and Noble Roman's Craft Pizza & Pub, reported an impressive performance for its Craft Pizza & Pub segment in May 2025. The company achieved the highest profit contribution since August 2022 and marked the third highest monthly profit ever for this segment. Same store sales saw a significant increase of approximately 9.3% compared to the same month last year. April also showed positive growth with a 2.7% rise in sales. The company's President & CEO, Scott Mobley, attributed the success to consistent operational practices, effective cost controls, and favorable cheese prices, despite ongoing inflationary and consumer spending challenges. Noble Roman's continues to emphasize value in its marketing strategies, which has positively impacted guest counts and sales. Looking ahead, the company anticipates a continued increase in same store sales in June, although higher cheese prices and the unpredictability of the vacation month could present challenges.
