Seatrium (SGX:5E2) granted share awards under its 2020 performance share plan and restricted share plan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The company awarded 2,505,000 shares under its 2020 performance share plan at SG$2.07 per share and 9,154,000 shares under its 2020 restricted share plan at SG$2.07 per share.
