金吾财讯 | 6月17日，高盛发布报告预测，未来数年中国内地对新房的需求将较2017年高峰期下降75%。报告指出，由于中国人口减少和预期房价下跌影响投资氛围，预计未来数年中国大陆对新房的需求将较2017年高峰期低出75%。
报告分析称，随着人口下降和城镇化放缓，人口对住房的需求正在下降。在业主出售空置房屋的情况下，中国内地的投资需求可能会转为负值。未来数年中国内地城镇对新房的全年需求可能仍将略低于500万套，远低于2017年2000万套的高位。
