金吾财讯 | 内房股随市下跌，融信中国(03301)跌4.98%，新城发展(01030)跌2.92%，金辉控股(09993)跌2.83%，世茂集团(00813)跌2.63%，中国金茂(00817)跌2.56%，华润置地(01109)跌2.31%。据中指研究院数据监测，2025年5月，二手房挂牌量持续高位下，“以价换量”现象持续主导市场，5月百城二手住宅均价为13794元/平方米，环比跌幅扩大至0.71%，同比下跌7.24%。租赁住宅方面，市场延续淡季氛围，重点城市住宅租金继续回落，5月50个城市住宅平均租金为35.0元/平方米/月，环比下跌0.34%，同比下跌3.44%。中信证券研报称，今年以来，消费修复势头明显，制造业和基建投资保持稳定增长，出口则展现出较强韧性，经济的“三驾马车”均呈现出积极变化，二季度经济增速有望达到5%以上，为实现全年目标打下坚实基础。展望下半年，房地产发展新模式将更有针对性地缓解结构性供需错配，稳外贸政策也将持续发力，在全球经济动能下降、地缘政治与贸易摩擦不确定性上升的背景下，为我国经济注入更多确定性。
