公司谨此强调，集团的营运仍维持正常，且将继续尽最大努力协助核数师完成所需的审计程序，以期在切实可行情况下尽快解决待决事项并完成2024年全年业绩的审计。因此，为确保2024年全年业绩公告的准确性和完整性，基于谨慎考虑，2024年全年业绩公告将进一步延迟刊发，当前预计刊发日期将为2025年8月29日或之前，但须待与核数师协定的所有审计工作完成后方可落实。
