据OpenAI新任首席招聘官Joaquín Quiñonero Candela透露，OpenAI正面临“前所未有的增长压力”，因为这家公司在通用人工智能（AGI）时代正全力应对规模扩张的挑战。
他在周二的领英帖子中宣布新职位时写道：“如果我们是一枚火箭（等等，我们确实是），那我们正处于最大动压点（MaxQ）——即动态压力最大的时刻。招聘从未像今天这样重要。”
他进一步指出：“全世界都在观察我们，想了解如何在通用人工智能时代实现增长与协作。我们该如何将AGI用于招聘？在后AGI时代，我们又该雇佣怎样的人？”
目前OpenAI在招聘平台上列出了330个空缺职位，从韩国的销售岗位到旧金山的法务职位，覆盖多元领域。
