Full Wave Development Limited, an indirect non wholly-owned subsidiary of Century Legend (Holdings) Ltd., has entered into a new lease agreement with City Sino Development Limited. The agreement, signed on June 20, 2025, involves the renewal of a lease for the premises located from the 2nd to the 13th floor of No. 375 King's Road, North Point, Hong Kong. The lease term is set to commence on July 1, 2025, and will last for one year. Full Wave, established under Hong Kong law in February 2020, is responsible for the Group's hospitality service operations at the leased premises. City Sino Development Limited, the landlord, is an independent third party engaged primarily in property investments.
