金吾财讯 | 免税概念走强，A股海汽集团、友阿股份涨逾6%，海南发展涨3.33%；港股中，中国中免(01880)涨5.34%，美兰空港(00357)、中烟香港(06055)跟涨。消息面上，国家商务部消费促进司负责人谈及5月中国消费市场情况。其中，离境退税优化政策成效初显，入境消费不断扩大。国家税务总局数据显示，离境退税优化政策实施首月，离境退税笔数按年增长116%，退税商店销售额增长56%；全国离境退税商店已增至5,196家，为2024年底的1.4倍。兴业证券指出，关税层面，基本面上利空因素少，同时情绪面上存在利多。同时宏观需求层面，中央及地方均出台了不少促进旅游、促进消费的政策；海南方面，出境游对海南分流边际走弱，封关对离岛免税影响预计不大；出境方面，口岸免税预计仍将保持较稳定增长，不同城市市内免税店后续逐步开业预计将带来增量；当前免税板块估值已下调到历史相对低位，基本面压制因素逐步边际减退，后续基本面及估值有望筑底回升。
