Microware Group Ltd. has announced the appointment of Ms. Lan Jia as a member of its Nomination Committee, effective June 12, 2025. Ms. Lan joins the committee as an independent non-executive director, alongside Mr. Wang Guangbo, Mr. Dai Bin, and Mr. Xu Jianwen. Mr. Wang Guangbo will continue to serve as the chairman of the Nomination Committee.
