据两位知情人士透露，哥伦比亚亿万富翁海梅·吉林斯基·巴卡尔（Jaime Gilinski Bacal）对出售其持有的英国Metro Bank多数股权持开放态度，并已收到投资者的收购意向。

　　知情人士表示，作为Metro Bank非执行董事的吉林斯基通过旗下Spaldy Investments持有该行52.87%的股份。

　　在Metro Bank银行股价回升后，吉林斯基一直在考虑包括出售在内的股权处置方案。

　　这位大股东在2023年主导该行3.25亿英镑（约合4.36亿美元）的资本重组中发挥了关键作用，由此获得控股地位。
