智通财经APP讯，能源及能量环球(01142)公布截至2025年3月31日止年度业绩，营业额约4.89亿港元，同比减少26.37%;公司拥有人应占亏损约3.29亿港元，同比盈转亏;每股亏损2.27港元。
公告称，收益减少主要是由于本年度向集团若干主要客户销售的柴油及汽油减少所致，受地缘政治紧张局势(包括持续的俄乌冲突、以加走廊冲突)导致购买意欲下降及与美国和石油输出国组织政策相关的经济不确定性所带动。
盈转亏主要由于勘探及评估资产(与集团俄罗斯煤矿第2区的采矿权有关)减值亏损增加约7.87亿港元(2024年：减值亏损拨回约1.43亿港元)，其被以下各项所部分抵销：(i)豁免可换股票据的已收取利息的收益约4.68亿港元;及(ii)撇销带息借贷的收益约4972万港元。
