Sino Hotels (Holdings) Limited has announced that Mr. Steven Ong Kay Eng will retire as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 1st July, 2025. The Honourable Rock Chen Chung-nin will be appointed to replace him in this role, as well as the Chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committees, and a member of the Nomination Committee.
