2025年以来，扬州市广陵区李典镇以人居环境整治为突破口，聚焦传统菜地“脏乱差”痛点，创新实施“美丽菜园”提升行动，通过群众共治、专业赋能、长效管护三位一体模式，将4000米杂乱菜地蜕变为兼具实用性与观赏性的田园景观，走出一条乡村环境治理新路径。

问需于民，精准破解菜地治理难题

李典镇政府组建了由驻村干部、网格员、乡贤代表构成的“民情走访团”，采取“入户访谈+田间恳谈+代表座谈”相结合的方式，累计开展调研座谈30场，收集村民关于菜地改造的意见建议80条，通过建立“需求清单—问题清单—整改清单”闭环机制，将“菜地边界不清、通行不便、环境杂乱”等诉求转化为“青砖围合矮墙+硬化田间道路”的改造方案。
