格隆汇6月19日｜北京市政府日前印发《北京市推动总部企业高质量发展的若干措施》。其中提出，引导更多总部企业及其所属公司申请成为经认证的经营者（AEO）企业，享受更多便利化措施。支持符合条件的总部企业纳入企业集团加工贸易监管模式，实现加工贸易保税料件在集团所属企业之间流转使用。为符合条件的总部企业高层次人才快速办理物品审批和通关手续。支持相关总部企业申请将进口研发用物品纳入生物医药企业（研发机构）研发用物品进口“白名单”，提升进口便利度。支持总部企业用好本市孵化器、产业技术创新平台等，承担政府科研项目，与高校、科研院所共同建立专业领域技术创新联合体。
