Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. has appointed Amy Walt as Chief Customer Officer, effective June 30. In this role, she will oversee customer experience across the company's water, gas, and electric operations, reporting directly to the CEO. Walt brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the utility industry, having previously held senior roles at Entergy, Consumers Energy, and DTE Energy.
