FrontView REIT Inc. has appointed Sean Fukumura as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Fukumura will also continue his role as Chief Accounting Officer. This change follows the termination of Randall Starr for cause, which was determined by an Audit Committee investigation with the assistance of outside counsel. The termination is not related to the company's business operations or financial results. The company is actively searching for a permanent CFO.
