6月19日金融一线消息，中国人民银行承德市分行日前披露的行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，河北丰宁农村商业银行股份有限公司因未按规定向中国人民银行报送账户撤销资料；未按照规定报送可疑交易报告，受到警告，并被罚款32.6万元。

　　张某旺（时任河北丰宁农村商业银行股份有限公司副行长）、姜某海（时任河北丰宁农村商业银行股份有限公司财务会计部科员）二人因未按照规定报送可疑交易报告，分别被罚款1万元。
