智通财经APP讯，创业集团控股(02221)发布公告，预期集团将于截至2025年3月31日止年度(2025财年)取得公司拥有人应占净亏损不超过1亿港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度(2024财年)则取得公司拥有人应占净利润约286万港元。
与2024财年相比，董事会认为，预期公司拥有人应占期内纯利转为净亏损乃主要由于(其中包括)以下因素：于2024财年因向联营公司注资无形资产(即专利技术)而取得一次性收益，但2025财年并无此项收益;投资物业的公平值亏损增加;由于2025财年大型建筑工程项目扩张，导致行政开支上升;及金融及合约资产的预期信贷亏损增加。
