菲律宾央行行长Eli Remolona表示，通过干预外汇市场支撑比索汇率徒劳无益。比索本月已下跌约2%。

　　Remolona周三通过手机短信表示，“当避险资金推动美元走强时，干预是徒劳的。”

　　由于伊朗和以色列冲突升级导致风险情绪受到打击，亚币本周承压。菲律宾和印度等石油进口国的货币受到的冲击更大，比索和卢比是6月表现最差的地区货币。

　　菲律宾比索兑美元周三连续第七天下跌，收于56.98。
