Innodata Inc. has announced that both the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission $(SEC.UK)$ have concluded their investigations into the company without recommending any enforcement actions. These investigations were related to allegations in a class action lawsuit concerning Innodata's public statements about its artificial intelligence capabilities. The DOJ closed its inquiry on June 12, 2025, while the SEC separately informed the company that it does not plan to pursue enforcement. Innodata has expressed that the closure of these investigations is a favorable outcome and has pledged to continue defending itself in the ongoing class action lawsuit.
