【#两只数据中心REITs获批#，公募类产品迎新】6月18日，2025陆家嘴论坛在上海开幕，证监会主席吴清在论坛上预告了首批2只数据中心REITs注册将被批复。
随后，上交所和深交所分别公告，南方万国数据中心REIT、南方润泽科技REIT正式获得注册批复。
吴清会上还提到，下一步将继续支持科技企业利用知识产权、数据资产等新型资产开展资产证券化、REITs等融资，进一步盘活科技创新领域存量资产。
今年以来，公募REITs市场加速扩容，第一财经据Wind统计，截至6月18日，全市场上市交易的公募REITs已达到66只，总市值合计超2053亿元。
二级市场上，公募REITs表现也十分强劲，截至6月18日收盘，中证REITs全收益指数录得1120.36点，创阶段性新高，年内涨幅近16%，领跑全球大类资产。年内录得正收益的公募REITs有65只，涨幅超10%的REIT产品有51只，占比77%，且还有5只涨幅超40%。#直击2025陆家嘴论坛#
