新浪科技讯 6月18日晚间消息，京东举行“京东618，又好又便宜”主题2025京东618媒体开放日。京东表示，今年618期间的大模型调用量相较去年双十一增长130%，超过1.4万个智能体和数字员工在京东上岗工作，超100万京东商家正在使用京小智服务客户，1.7万京东商家使用京东数字人直播带货。

　　在健康场景上，京东健康已实现看病买药全场景、健康管理服务全链路智能化。依托京医千询医疗大模型技术底座，京东健康持续打磨AI京医、京东卓医在医疗全场景中的落地应用，其中AI京医多专业角色智能体，已累计服务用户超5000万。

　　此外，京东618期间京东直播订单量同比增长超210%，京东采销直播成交额同比增长285%，京东视频订单量同比增长251%。
