拥有“if”及“Innococo”椰子水品牌的泰国食品饮料公司IFBH(6603.HK)今日起至下周三(6月25日)招股，发售4166.68万股，香港公开发售占10%，其余为国际发售，每股发售价介乎25.3港元-27.8港元，集资最多11.58亿港元。一手200股，入场费5616.07港元。该股预期6月30日挂牌。独家保荐人为中信证券。 公司拟将所得款项净额中，约30%用于加强仓配能力；约22%用于品牌建设；约13%用于巩固在中国内地的市场地位及渗透程度，拓展澳洲、美洲及东南亚的业务；约5%用于提升产品开发能力；约20%用于在亚洲、北美或澳洲组建策略联盟及进行收购，借此扩展业务，及约10%用作营运资金及其他一般企业用途。
