APA Group (ASX:APA) has agreed to acquire the Atlas to Reedy Creek Pipeline (ARCP) from Senex CSG Assets for AU$110 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The pipeline connects Senex's Atlas East Compression Facility to APA's Reedy Creek to Wallumbilla Pipeline, the filing said.

APA will enter a 20-year take-or-pay gas transport agreement with Senex for 60 terajoules per day, the filing added.

The deal is expected to be immediately cash flow accretive and add AU$12 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization in fiscal year 2026, the company said.

The acquisition is set to be completed this month.
