智通财经APP讯，云白国际(00030)发布公告，公司近期获授独家经销授权，可于全球(除中国内地外)经销其控股股东云南白药集团股份有限公司所持有╱生产╱销售的产品。
公司有权在授权范围内作为云南白药集团的产品经销商对产品进行销售、推广、管理及其他合法商业活动，包括但不限于产品定价、营销策略及渠道选择。公司亦可将授权项下获授的权利进行转授权，以满足其业务发展需要。授权产品包括但不限于“云南白药”系列药品、“云南白药”牙膏系列产品、普通药品系列产品、医疗器械及工业产品以及个人护理产品。
公告称，此项安排将可利用云南白药集团的成熟品牌及产品组合，提升公司的市场地位及收入来源。
