智通财经APP获悉，摩根士丹利发布研报称，老铺黄金(06181)第二季度促销季和常规季的需求均保持健康，予“与大市同步”评级，目标117港元。报告指，2025年可能会额外开设一两家门店，而目标总数为8家。老铺黄金的新门店计划包括：上海国金中心和锦沧文华、深圳湾万象城、香港国金中心，以及新加坡滨海湾金沙(~2030年6月)。同店销售额增长(SSSG)是关键重点，而非大规模扩张，因为如上海恒隆广场店的开业对豫园店的分流影响有限。
老铺黄金的新产品多色珐琅葫芦项链(5月30日推出)对品牌具有较高的辨识度，深受核心客户欢迎。目前古董产品占总销售额的20%(平均单价超过10万元人民币，而珠宝约为3万元人民币)，老铺未来计划通过推出更多新产品来提高占比。
该行表示，老铺涨价计划可能在618购物节后，但确切时间尚未确定(2024年下半年于9月涨价)。新加坡门店将于2025年6月下旬开业。公司对该门店的生产力充满信心，预计其将成为网络中表现最佳的门店之一。新加坡门店的产品供应将与大中华区门店基本相似。东京门店将于2026年开业，以测试海外消费者对其产品的兴趣。公司计划在东京门店推出更多差异化产品。
