Putian Communication Group Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 18 June 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were presented and approved. These included the approval of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, the re-election of Ms. Zhao Moge as an executive director, and the re-election of Mr. Xie Haidong as an independent non-executive director. All resolutions were passed successfully.
