张丽英女士，1979年2月出生，中国国籍，拥有硕士研究生学历，为注册会计师（非执业）。她曾在普华永道中天会计师事务所有限公司北京分所及毕马威企业咨询（中国）有限公司州分公司从事审计相关工作，并于2009年12月至2025年5月在浙商证券股份有限公司历任多个职位，包括投资银行管理总部保荐代表人、投资银行业务总部业务董事等。张丽英女士于2025年5月加入国都证券，并于6月16日被聘任为财务总监。
