6月18日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对山东省新动能基金管理有限公司及相关债项的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持山东省新动能基金管理有限公司主体信用等级为AAA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“23动能01”、“23动能02”、“24新动能MTN001（科创票据）”信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，山东省新动能基金管理有限公司为山东省省属一级企业和省级政府引导基金的专司管理机构，实际控制人为山东省人民政府。截至2024年末，公司实收资本为200.00亿元，资本实力很强。
评级报告认为，公司引导基金业务重点投向新能源新材料、高端装备等山东省“十强”产业，跟踪期内，基金投资规模稳步提升，参股基金所投企业已实现上市超过100家，未来发展前景良好。公司资本实力很强，整体债务水平较低，授信额度充足，具备较强的财务弹性。但公司参股基金投资企业大多处于投资早期和成长期阶段，未来项目退出存在一定不确定性，盈利稳定性一般。公司高流动性资产占比相对较少，资产流动性较弱。
