Hainan Meilan International Airport Co. Ltd. has disclosed internal dealings under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers. On June 17, 2025, UBS AG engaged in transactions involving ordinary shares as part of hedging Delta 1 products, resulting from unsolicited client-driven orders. The dealings included the purchase of 91,000 shares and the sale of 26,000 shares. UBS AG, a Class (6) associate of the company, conducted these transactions for its own account and is ultimately owned by UBS Group AG.
