BlockBeats 消息，6 月 18 日，挪威数字资产公司 K33 宣布启动新一轮股票定向增发以筹集至少 8500 万瑞典克朗（约 888 万美元），用于购买最多 1000 枚比特币，并将其计入公司资产负债表。
此前 5 月 28 日，K33 与其股东 Klein Group（通过 Aurora 3 AS）、Middelborg Invest AS、Tigergutt Invest AS 和 Modiola AS（统称“投资方”）签署投资协议，为公司的比特币财库战略筹集总计 6000 万瑞典克朗（约合 623 万美元）的资金。
