6月17日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对重庆宏烨实业集团有限公司及“22渝宏烨债/22渝宏烨”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持重庆宏烨实业集团有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“22渝宏烨债/22渝宏烨”信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，重庆宏烨实业集团有限公司是重庆市荣昌区重要的基础设施建设主体，主要从事荣昌高新区内板桥工业园、广富工业园及荣隆工业园的基础设施建设等业务。重庆市荣昌区国有资产监督管理委员会为公司唯一股东和实际控制人。
东方金诚认为，跟踪期内，重庆市和荣昌区经济实力均很强；公司主营业务区域专营性仍较强，继续得到实际控制人及相关各方的有力支持；三峡担保集团对“22渝宏烨债/22渝宏烨”提供的担保仍具有很强的增信作用。同时，公司资产流动性依然较弱，全部债务规模较大，现金流状况欠佳。综合考虑，公司主体信用风险很低，偿债能力很强，“22渝宏烨债/22渝宏烨”到期不能偿还的风险依然极低。
