Charisma Energy Services (SGX:5QT) completed the proposed subscriber transactions, debt restructuring and share consolidation, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
177,298,084,384 shares and 193,416,092,056 options were allotted and issued to the subscriber which were consolidated into 177,298,085 subscription shares and 193,417,804 options at a new exercise price of SG$0.084 per share.
A convertible loan agreement of SG$8.2 million came into effect and a new conversion price of SG$0.0842 per share was adjusted for the proposed share consolidation.
The company also allotted and issued 82,229,157,781 settlement shares which were consolidated into 82,229,171 settlement shares for the purpose of share consolidation.
Following the completion of the subscription, debt restructuring and share consolidation, trading in the company's shares resumed on June 16.
