6月17日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对大连融强投资有限公司及“21融强01”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持大连融强投资有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“21融强01”信用等级为AA。
资料显示，大连融强投资有限公司是大连庄河市重要的基础设施建设主体，主要从事庄河市范围内的基础设施建设及棚户区改造、土地一级开发、海域租赁、供水及水库经营等业务。截至2024年末，公司注册资本及实收资本均为18.50亿元，大连北黄海实业发展集团有限公司为公司唯一股东，庄河市人民政府国有资产监督管理局为公司实际控制人。
东方金诚认为，大连市及庄河市经济实力均很强；跟踪期内，公司作为庄河市重要的基础设施建设主体，从事的相关业务仍具有较强的区域专营性，继续得到实际控制人和相关方的支持。同时，东方金诚也关注到，公司在建项目投入资金很大，未来收入确认及回款存在较大不确定性；资产流动性仍较差；面临一定的短期偿债压力。综上所述，公司的主体信用风险很低，偿债能力很强，“21融强01”到期不能偿还的风险很低。
