　　备忘录称，该航空公司将进一步削减航班，暂停翻新，并停放一些空客喷气式飞机。备忘录还称，该公司正在评估 “领导团队的规模和范围，并已确定了合并或重组某些职位的方法，以提高领导层的效率”。
